3-Day Trip to Athens — for Two People

All other costs, including travel to and from the chosen departure airport, meals not mentioned above, travel and health insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, excursions, and upgrades, are not included and must be borne by the winner and their companion.

Travel dates are flexible; however, the trip must be booked and completed by 31 August 2026, subject to availability and possible blackout dates (e.g. public holidays, trade fairs, and peak travel periods). Once the travel dates have been confirmed, no changes to the selected dates will be permitted.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The organizer reserves the right to substitute equivalent prizes if the stated items are unavailable.

Full terms and condtions

Entry to the prize draw is free and not linked to the purchase of any goods or services.

Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 and over who register for the virtual event and attend for the entire duration. The event is aimed at business customers (B2B), particularly those working in product development, engineering, or related fields. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who clearly fall outside the target audience.

Winners: Winners will be notified by email after the event. If no response is received within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

No legal recourse is available. The organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel the prize draw for good cause.

The Organizer is not a tour operator and merely provides the prize. The travel services included in the prize (in particular flights, hotel accommodation, and transfers) are provided exclusively by third-party providers in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. Any travel contract is concluded solely between the winner (and their companion) and the respective providers. Any claims relating to the performance or non-performance of the travel services must be asserted exclusively against the respective providers.

The Organizer’s liability arising out of or in connection with the lottery is – regardless of the legal basis – limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Any further liability of the Organizer is excluded.
